Questions about the Pass
What does the Pass include?
Every resource and bundle in the files.co.ke catalogue. While your Pass is active you can download them as often as you like, and files added during that time are included.
How do I pay?
By M-Pesa. Choose a plan, enter your Safaricom number, and we confirm the payment and activation with you. Pass checkout is in early access: a request does not charge you, and nothing is activated until your payment is confirmed.
Does it renew by itself?
No. A Pass runs for its period (30, 90 or 365 days) and then simply ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can a school or several teachers share one Pass?
A Pass is for one person. For a school or a team, contact us and we will arrange a plan.
What happens to files I already bought?
Files you bought one by one stay yours. A Pass only adds downloads on top.
Can I get a refund?
